ILLINOIS RESIDENTIAL LEASING AGENT REQUIRMENTS

Requirements:

To be eligible for the Illinois Real Estate Residential Leasing Agent Examination, candidates must meet all the following requirements.

Be at least 18 years old.
Have graduated from high school or obtained the equivalent of a high school degree;
Have successfully completed the 15-class-hour Residential Leasing Agent course at a real estate school approved by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

THE UNIFORM REAL ESTATE TRANSCRIPT IS VALID FOR TWO YEARS FOLLOWING COMPLETION OF THE COURSE.

TWO YEARS IS DETERMINED BASED UPON THE GRADUATION DATE OF THE LAST COMPLETED COURSE.
