Course Description

The AHI Representing Buyers course provides students with a thorough introduction to the practice of buyer representation.  This is accomplished by exploring the history of real estate in the United States, in particular the Multiple Listing Service, and by studying the evolution of methodology from origin to current practice.  Additionally, common questions will be examined with a focus on compensation, ethics, and risk reduction.

Course Goal:

The goal of AHI’s Representing Buyers course is to provide students with a broad knowledge of buyer representation, from its origin to current practice.

Ethics course has been reviewed by  North Shore Association of Realtors (NSBAR) and found to be in compliance with NAR requirements.
