Ethics course has been reviewed by North Shore Association of Realtors (NSBAR) and found to be in compliance with NAR requirements.
Illinois Managing Brokers must complete a total of 24hrs. of Continuing Education (CE) by 4/30 every two years (odd years).
12hrs. of Broker Management + 12hrs. General CE (4hrs. CORE + 8hrs. Elective including Sexual Harassment Training)
If you completed your managing broker pre-license education May 1, 2021 or later, you must complete 12hrs of CE between May 1, 2021 and April 30, 2023. The 12hr broker management CE is not required.
