24hr. Continuing Education package includes:

• 4hr. “4-Hour Core”
• 2hr. “Anti-Trust & Sexual Harassment”
• 3hr. “Buyers Representation”
• 3hr. “Code of Ethics and the Law ” | Meets NAR Requirements
• NO EXAMS REQUIRED

Ethics course has been reviewed by  North Shore Association of Realtors (NSBAR) and found to be in compliance with NAR requirements.

If you obtained your license prior to Feb. 1, 2023, You must complete 24hrs of Education- 12hrs Broker Management and 12Hrs.of CE that includes 4Hr Core, 8hrs Electives to include 1 hr. Sexual Harassment Prevention training.

New Managing Brokers-If you obtained your license between February 01, 2023 and January 31, 2025 you need Only 12 Hours of Core/Elective CE.

If you were first issued a Managing Broker license on or after Feb. 1, 2025, you do not renew in 2025. Licenses issued during this period renew in 2027.
