Course Description:
This course will introduce Code of Ethics as it relates to commercial real estate transactions. It will review all 17 articles and provide case studies for several articles to further the comprehension of the Code of Ethics. Disciplinary process will be reviewed with regard to basic steps. This course is a component of the Commercial Real Estate Series.
