This 12hr package includes all on-line interactive courses:

• 4-Hour Core/ Mandatory
• Anti-Trust & Sexual Harassment – 2 hr. elective (1hr Antitrust & 1hr  Sexual Harassment credit)
• Legal Issues – Fair Housing  –  3hr. elective
• Code of Ethics and the Law – 3hr. elective | Meets NAR Requirements
• NO EXAMS REQUIRED

Ethics course has been reviewed by  North Shore Association of Realtors (NSBAR) and found to be in compliance with NAR requirements.

Brokers First issued a Broker License between November 1, 2021, and October 31, 2023, In Place of the 12 Hours CE, are required to complete the 45 Hours Post License Education (this course includes the required 1 Hour Sexual Harassment Prevention Training).

Brokers First issued a license on or after November 1, 2023, will receive a license expiring 4/30/2026 and must complete the 45 Hour Post Licensing course no later than April 30, 2026. Visit the Post-Licensing page to learn more.
