Payment and Refunds

• All course enrollments require pre-payment and are non-refundable.
• AHI is not responsible for any late fees, charges or other amounts incurred by students to licensing authorities or any other third parties.
• Course tuition and any applicable fees are subject to change without notice.

Course Expirations

• All courses expire 9 months after the date of enrollment.
  • Real Estate pre-license course enrollments may be extended for a fee.

Transfers

• One class transfer at no charge
  • Additional transfers $25 per class transfer

 

Class/Live Webinar Classes

• Students are required to be in attendance for the entire class / Live Webinar to receive credit.
  • Late arrivals not allowed.
  • Missed class / webinar time is REQUIRED to be made up to receive credit.

Retake classes with credit

• • Real Estate Pre-licensing students failing the state exam within 6 months of course completion with AHI will receive 40% discount off the tuition to retake the course.

Retake classes with NO CREDIT (sit as a review)

• • • Brokers – $195

Proctor requirements (for States that require Proctors for the exam)

• • • Proctors shall authenticate the identity of the student taking the examination; monitor the student and the examination-taking process to ensure that the examination is completed without the aid of additional persons or resources; and protect the confidentiality of educational materials.
    • Proctors must be impartial third parties and may not be an applicant’s or licensee’s sponsoring broker, designated managing broker, relative, or colleague
